Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Since our products are handcrafted, certain items may require additional preparation time. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Time & Delivery
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure secure and timely deliveries across India.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹75 is applicable for orders below ₹999.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, additional charges may apply.
Delivery Support
In case of any delay or issue during delivery, our support team is here to assist you.
If the package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately at Indianartscottage@gmail.com with photos.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We aim to expand globally in the near future.
