  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • Since our products are handcrafted, certain items may require additional preparation time. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure secure and timely deliveries across India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹75 is applicable for orders below ₹999.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, additional charges may apply.

Delivery Support

  • If the package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately at Indianartscottage@gmail.com with photos.

International Shipping
